PRIVATE EVENT BOOKING DETAILS
Rates
For private event bookings, we charge hourly by the court. There is no additional fees in regards to number of participants for the event. If you need to book more than 4 courts for your private event or if you are planning to rent out the entire facility, there may be a deposit to secure your booking. Please include this information in the “additional comments” section of the form.
Weekday Rates (Mon. - Fri.):
Indoor Courts
BEFORE 5PM - $20/hr | AFTER 5PM - $35/hr
Private/Outdoor Courts
BEFORE 5PM - $15/hr | AFTER 5PM - $25/hr
Weekend Rates (Sat. & Sun.):
Indoor Courts - $35/hr
Private/Outdoor Courts - $25/hr
Food & Drinks for Private Event
Our facility allows you to bring your own catering and drinks for your private event. Alcoholic beverages are also allowed on the premise that the event organizer/host informs all of their guests to keep alcoholic beverages within limits of the party room (if booked for the event) or no further past the Front Desk area.
Food & drinks are not allowed on the courts.
The party room (if available) is FREE to book alongside the courts your event will be reserving. Our only rule is that you clean up the party room after your event is over. Otherwise, we will charge a $50 cleaning fee.
